The Shacman F3000 Cab Tilting Mechanism L.H. Drive Vehicle is a meticulously designed system that facilitates the tilting and positioning of the cab for easy maintenance and servicing. Brackets (Left and Right): The mechanism features multiple brackets, including three on the left (Bracket left) and three on the right (Bracket right), which provide sturdy support and alignment for the cab’s tilting action. These brackets are crucial for maintaining the structural integrity of the cab during movement.
Hex Lock Screw and Hex Lock Nut: These components secure various parts of the tilting mechanism, ensuring they remain fixed and do not loosen during operation. The Hex lock screws and nuts are designed to withstand high torque, guaranteeing durability and reliability.
Locating Arm Assembly (Left and Right): These assemblies guide and control the tilting motion of the cab, ensuring precise and stable movement. Each assembly includes multiple components such as washers, bushes, and seals, which work together to achieve smooth operation.
Rubber Pad (Plastic/Steel): The rubber pads provide cushioning and noise reduction, ensuring that the cab tilts smoothly and quietly. The pads are made from high-quality materials to withstand wear and tear over time.
